Brian Coles

Brian is a graduate of Grand Valley State University where he earned a business degree in finance. Brian began growing a practice in 2002 working through Northwestern Mutual. In 2003 Brian moved his office to Troy, Michigan where, in addition to planning, he started an internship program through nearby colleges including Oakland University and Eastern Michigan University. The internship program has helped to grow dozens of your financial advisors and is still thriving today. Brian is married to an elementary teacher which has given him first-hand experience with the changing financial landscape educators experience. Brian’s specialty has become working with teachers and administrators as they prepare for retirement, most notably involving the intricacies of state pension plans.
